I grew up on the banks of the White River. When this house was built, I was lovingly recycled into an heirloom table. I will be here for generations, witnessing family stories unfold during Thanksgiving dinners and children doing their homework. From the dining room, I still have a view of the White River.

We are not just a small locally owned family company in Springfield MO, We are passionate stewards of the land, rooted in the rich hardwood forests of Southern Missouri. Our love for trees and wildlife runs deep. Stemming from my days as a young boy who self-taught tree identification to better connect with nature to my wife’s vision of cultivating forests rather than consuming them for the generations ahead.
Every tree holds a special place in our hearts. It's not just about the wood for us, it's about the life that thrives within these majestic giants. We have seen firsthand the vital importance trees play in the ecosystem, in providing homes for wildlife and so many resources for us!
Our journey has had its setbacks but they've only fueled our passion further! From being trained in a custom timber frame workshop to working on a 14th-century castle in Northern Arkansas with only hand tools and draft horses, we learned patience and respect for the natural resources we've been blessed with.
We've seen the wasteful practices of the construction industry, the disregard for the beauty and potential of salvaged timber. That's why we've made it our mission to give these trees a "second chance" at life. From lumber to massive slabs, from custom furniture to intricate wall art, we pour our hearts and souls into each piece we create.
